Well, we have started another class weekend. It is a strange class weekend for me, being that I am not actually enrolled in any classes. I am awaiting word on financial support for my courses but everything is very slow. Luckily, my instructors have not let a little thing like not being enrolled interfere in their constant quest for homework from me. My gratitude is turning tarnished with every new article to read or paper to write. But I will suck it up, I guess... after all, I did sign on for the hard road with the great rewards!
I am married to a wonderful woman, Diane. We have been married for almost two years (depending on which ceremony you go by!). We have two wonderful daughters, Meg and Kate, and a beautiful granddaughter, Ella-bella. We have 5 wonderful neices, each with their own very distinct personalities. We live in the rainbow house with three pushy cats and one loveable but slightly needy great dane. Diane is a teacher at the local community college and I work in the thrilling world of disability benefits and employment. I also teach and tutor. I spend my spare time working at an all volunteer horse farm (check it out: www.liveandletlivefarm.org).
And, the reason I began this blog, I am a full time PhD student at Southern NH University in the School of Community Economic Development and I am working on my dissertation.
